No Debicheck
I was called by Cell C on Teusday I spend 13 minutes on the phone trying to explain to the Lady that since the 01 March 2023 after I changed my Back details with Cell C that I don't receive a Debicheck Mandate from Capitec Ques what she said wait 24 Hours just like multiple call centre operators said now on Friday 17 March 2023 no Mandate.I say again Capitec confirm after I had to use my money and Airtime that there is a technical issue with cell C and the Debicheck. Cell C please refund my ,minutes as the lady promised the I will receive a Debicheck Mandate from Capitec.
Don't fone me again and waist 13 minutes plus and waist my petrol to go to the closest town which is 30 KM just to confirm again that there is a problem
