No Data service

I live 100m form a tower with a good signal yet i never have NO data services <br> I have complained 100 times with no feedback other then its being attended to. <br> Its over 3 months and nothing has been done. They cant get hold of me at work because there is absolutely no Cell C signal in Edgardale Crown mines JHB They are aware of it but dont have the money to upgrade their entire south of JHB systems
