No data received

I purchased a 2gig data bundle from the Cell C website, I made payment via my bank account money went off but I did not receive my data. I called customer care and was told that there is a problem with the system I should wait 30 minutes for the data to load this was at 10:30 Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon at 3:30 still no data I called again and was told that they would escalate the query, it is Monday morning and I still did not receive my data neither a call from Cell C. This is very unprofessional, I will definitely consider changing my network as money does not grow on trees.
