No data limit set on acquisition of Data contract
I acquired a Giga 20 post paid Data package deal with Cell C in September last year at the Centurion branch. I was assisted by a very friendly Indian lady who guided me to fill in the contract.

In the contract there is an area where you can state your monthly usage limit if your data has been depleted, I was warned by her that this is very expensive billing, as it is charged per MB. So I wrote down my limit as to be R150.
On receiving my first invoice, I noticed that I was charged R2000 for Smart data internet, which is the over limit per MB billing that I put the limit as R150.
I phoned customer services and they told me to take it up with the store, as the limit was never set on my account (but it was stated as R150 on my contract). Once at the store, a very helpful manager, only known as Matthew, who still had a copy of my contract concurred that the limit was set to R150 on my contract but was never updated on the system once the contract was taken out - which either the store has not done or Cell C has not done.

I would like to be refunded for incorrectly charging me R2000 for over limit data, of which I stated on my contract to be R150
