NO DATA CONNECTION MOST OF THE TIME

My wife has been battling with her data connection for months now, and I've sent cell c messages to try resolve this issue but just dont even get a response. This contract is newly upgraded to an iphone 12 pro, but if they cannot assist with this issue they must take the phone back and cancel the contract rather cause it is useless to us without data and most of the time she is battling.
