No Data Connection- and no one is able to assist

Ive been struggling with my data connection since June July this year. I have reception from time to time and when I do I still cant access the internet, email, Facebook nor send or receive whatsapp messages. I got a new phone about a month ago and a new sim card and still no change, got a sim swap in the meantime and still no change. <br> <br> Ive called Cell C numerous times. The two last times they said they will log a call for me since it appears to be a problem with the network in my area so someone will call me- I am still waiting for that someone to call me to come and see me and I still have not received my reference number after being told twice I will receive it via sms so I cant even follow it up- every time I call i spend 15-20 minutes on the phone. <br> <br> I am paying every month for a phone which I cant use whenever I want to because of Data- i got a LG G4 and no benefits. My data comes and goes and I have found myself in numerous emergency situations where I cant call someone because of network. Ive been with Cell C know for 8 years- your service were good but now I am getting impatient.
