No data

<p>Upon my upgrade which was done telephonically last year, i spoke to a loely lady sold me a black berry which came with 1G of data and airtime. Suprisingly in April there was no Data just airtime. I cal cell c for an explanation was told it was a promotion and mind you this promtion is nly known to them and not me the customer. I told the number of people that i spke to that the deal was not sold to me as a promotion as i use a lot of data more then airtime and i requested a recording and if that was not told to me to kindly have my data installed as been happening for the past 3 years. I have not recieved a call lat i called they gave me a case number no data no recording. Can i please have my data or is there a way i can close this account and port to a better service provider who gives what they promise.</p> <p>This is unacceptable this is not what i agreed for over the phone. i want my data </p>
