no customer service whatsoever

firstly i struggled with getting hold of the cancellation department at Cell c, this is after calling the customer care line and they keep giving me the number (084 135) that doesn't work and, also putting me through but, mysteriously being cut off everytime. I wrote a review on Hello peter and someone from cell c called and assisted me and even game me banking details to pay off the contract so that it can be cancelled, also instructed me to email proof to the email address she smsed me. I did all of that, even sent through numerous mails as reminders to cancel but, still no one has gotten back to me or confirmed receipt of my mail or cancellation. how is that this companies customer service and cancellation department are so useless.
