No Customer service via email in more than a year. No help when I call

If I could give a negative star, I would. No response to emails I sent last year. Disgusting. I want to end my contract at the end of the term, but because I live abroad and have no way to check my account balance (No access to the app or no online services) I can't. I don't know if I am paying double for this phone. I am beyond angry, wasting money on international calls trying to get an answer, but they can't help me.
