No customer service ethcis

My phone was handed in, more than 21 days ago. I was told on a few occasions that the unit is waiting to be exchanged. On a few occasoins i followed up on the phone and was told the same message everytime. On 06/06/2016 i spoke to Sikombuzo, he told me the phone can't be repaird and needs a replacement. I was told by him to go to the store where we bought the phone. Got a reference nr GPJOH7625, i must tell the store that a credit was pass and i should get a new phone. Well, i went to to store on Friday 10 June and was told that no credit was passed. Riaan at the Cell Store in Cape Gate told me that he phoned the repair centre and i must wait for a phone to be delivered at their store. I paid someone R100 to take me to the store and if i knew that i wasnt told the right thing i would not have gone there. Disgusting!!!!! So, Sikombuzo phone me again today, 13 June 2016 at 10:05 am, telling me that he is going to find out who gave me that message. I am telling everyone on all networks and social media to be careful of Cell C and not not make use of them. I want my R100 back and i am going to pay for an advert in the new papers. How can they treat me like this! Please dont apologise as this wont give me my phone today. I dont want to hear that i must go back to the store, i want my phone right now.
