No customer service

This company needs to be closed down. There is NO customer service at all. I've done an upgrade in May after 6 weeks of waiting for the new phone (numerous phone calls later) I've cancelled the upgrade, because I did not received my phone. Now almost 2 months later, I'm stuck with a contract that I did not give my consent to. More than 30 phone calls, visits to a branch, two ***** complaints filed, never been able to speak to somebody in die upgrade departement (that department always have technical problems) and nobody can solve this mystery of the new contract. How is that possible. They now write messages like my Cell C service will be suspended with an adverse credit bureau listing. And that for something I've tried to get sorted. The one department can't speak to someone in any other departments.
