No Customer Service Cell C

I have a old Cell C contract that i took 6 years ago and have never used it, the account is in arrears and i have been trying to contact Cell C to settle and close the account for the last 6 months, i have went to 3 Cell c stores with no help i get directed to the call canter, I have called the call Centre more than 20 times and im told the debt review team works only on email, the other agent told me they are not working due to covid19, another one told me they work from 8 to 11am. so i have been running from pillar to post with no assistance. i have left numerous messages on your website and have sent million emails, no one has responded to my query. can someone please call me to solve this issue
