NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT CELL C!!!!!

I have tried to contact Cell C on several occasions!!! Debiting my account when they have told me my debit order is cancelled. Debiting too much and not the contract value! I have emailed every email address I can find and still no response! Onky automated email responses! Their customer service is disgusting and if it's customer service u looking for, cell c is not the network to go for! I live in NZ now and they have all contact information, should I just stop paying????
