No customer Service at all!!!!

I have data issues with cell C since December 2014. I logged an issue in the beginning of January and since then Cell C has never phone me nor resolved my network issue. I already spent about 6 yours on the phone with them were I phoned them<br> <br> Every single time that I phone to get a update the call Centre, Technical Department and Retention departments give me the same answer. \We will email the Network Department to get feedback."They just hide behind useless processes that means nothing to me.
