NO customer service and never responds to emails
<p>I have sent numerious emails to cancel my ********** 967 contract thye have cut my other line because they have still billed me for that number. I am furious!! I have sent in emails more than once. I have phoned in thousands of times. I want it canceled!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want all my contracts with CELL C cancelled. My ********** must be cancelled effective end of june 2017. </p>
Cancelling your contract should not be this frustrating. This is certainly not the service we wish to render to our customers. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience.

I have been on the line for 01:15:10 now. NOTHING has been sorted. I have requested that the one contract be cancelled on the 14th of April 2017 via email it was ignored. NOW THEY EXPECT ME TO PAY FOR MAY AND JUNE???? I have just paid the comitment amount of R 1250.00 I expect my one contract to be cancelled effective 14 April 2017 as per my email sent! I expect CELL C TO REOPEN MY OTHER LINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
