No customer service

Went to Cell C yesterday at Clearwater Mall to get a sim swop. The lady who was going to help me had a bad attitude before I even sat down. Needless to say I didn't get the help I was asking for and the manager needs more training on customer satisfaction. So I went to a repair shop and the person that helped me there was great. He even sold some extra sales off me. This is the difference of understanding what customer service is all about. Big business need to understand this is why clients are buying on the internet because we are sick and tired of bad service and staff that is not trained.
