No customer service

Sent email to *** on 2 March with request to cancel my contract with POP of outstanding balance paid. Unfortunately there was NO customer service. Cell C was only goaded into action after writing a review here on Hellopeter. NOW they still want to charge me till the end of April, AND still have the audacity to send an email stating the account is in arrears. And no response to my numerous emails to theodorah molotsi requesting clarification on the situation.
