No Customer care whatsoever
They are the worst ever. Their systems and processes aren't functional to the point that they cannot even trace a proof of payment sent to their own "proof of payment" email. Then there's their customer support....useless. All they do is parrot logic, they can't even think outside of their scripts in order to help...useless bunch...utterly useless...
