No Correspondence received for cancelling off my contract which they messed up in the 1st place!!!!!

<p>I have been speaking to Theodorah who has not bothered emailing me since the 9th June, she has given me a resolution to cancel my contract and had emailed me figures which i agreed to but didnt bother sending me the banking details to pay off the amount to have this **** contract cancelled - i do not want to be associated with cell c any longer so if someone anyone can just forward me the bank details and process to make the payment for cancelation it would be much appreciated, i find that calling the call centre or emailing your consultants does nothing good.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your urgent response would be much appreciated.</p>
