No contract with Cell C , R11240 deducted from my account???

<p>A few weeks ago i received an SMS from Cell C that said "Your Cell C contract is almost approved. Please Call 084151, option, if you did not apply. Cell C".</p> <p>I immediately called that number as I had not app**** for any contract with Cell C and the lady that I spoke to said that if I did not apply for a contract I should ignore the SMS. A week after that an amount of R51 was deducted from my account. I reversed the amount with my bank. I then called Cell C and they said there was a contract taken under my name and when I explained that I did not take a contract they said I must send an affidavit and my ID copy , which i did.</p> <p>After sending the requested documents, I received an email that said the matter has been escalated to the ***** department and I will be contacted within 2 days.</p> <p>I was NEVER contacted.</p> <p>Today, another debit order of R11240.05 was deducted from my account, almost a month after the ***** incident was lodged with them. Although I have reversed the debit order with my bank again, I am EXTREMELY ****ed at Cell C. Had I not been in a position to reverse the debit, all my AUTHORISED debit orders that go through today would have returned, negatively impacting my record. I now have to incur debit order reversal charges and phone call expenses to Cell C for a matter that would have been avoided had the lady that I spoke to when i received the initial SMS bothered to do her job instead of dismissing me.</p> <p>My fustration now, is that this matter will not be resolved as Cell C doesn't care, infact they are just happy accepting ********** business and continuing to take money fron innocent people even after a complaint. Even today when I called the Call Centre agent said there were no previous notes made for this complaint on the system after 2 phone calls and an email! Its just pathetic service!!!</p>
