No contract to send me, listed a default on ITC

I took out a contract for R99 pm for 2GB data for my Ipad, then prepaid after used up, then all of a sudden they debit my account for 600-800 monthy without my authorisation, when i reversed the amount, and asked more than 10x for a copy of my contract, they listed a default on my name, for 775, now more than a week ago I paid the amount to get my name cleared, but they still havent cleared it, or sent my paidup letter as promised. I reported them now to the ombud and icasa, hope they will eventually get beack to me, as I'm not leaving it there, I still havent received my contract.
