No contract to send me, listed a default on ITC

They did get in contact with me, BUT none of their promises realised once again, I have NOT received paidup letter, nor has ITC been updated as to my prvious report dated 15/07/2015.<br> <br> They promised me my paid up letter as they have been paid 3 weeks ago, also they listed a default for R752, because they debited unauthorised amounts from my account, as confirmed by them telephoncally. But still my default hasnt been removed nor has my paid up letter, which i can by myself send to ITC to remove this BS, been sent to me???
