No Contract provided

I have app**** for a cellphone contract with Cell C and received the phone on the 5th of July 2018.

I have been requesting a contract from the sales person (Fidelity Dube) and spoke to Boiketsiso Mohlolo on the 16th of July 2018 raising my concern, she then promised to send it on the same day but I never received it...I also reached out to both parties via email but I am still being ignored.

Is there someone else who can assist with the contract? if not, I am more than willing to return their phone.

I cannot be called by a thousand consultants in a day to verify my details, you guys have to deal with this internally and resolve this. I have given you details of the consultants that were dealing with this issue. I have verified my details with two consultants already this morning and still haven't received anything from CellC. Please advise If getting a contract is impossible so that we can cancel this deal.
