No contract , No payment to CELL C

Hi Hello Peter Team,

This complain is address at the bad service i received at CELL C - CONTRACT DEPARTMENT. I first called monday morning on 6 June 2022 requesting a copy of contract from cell c consultant then i was transferred to many people that asked me the same questions over and again then eventually they dropped my call. i further called the next day to ask the same thing then the lady by Mapule promised me that she has escalated the matter to the managers to send me a copy of my contract and promised me that the next day I will receive an email with my contract attached. the next day came and still nothing. I further called again on Thursday still the same thing of being transferred to pillar and post. Then I let the matter cool down then called this week Monday spoke to Katlego and Sindy to find out that they don't have a copy of contract under my name, Therefore right now I am at the point that I am not going to pay for this contract until someone from calls me to clarify what is happening because according to cell c consultants I don't have a contract with them.
