No contract - Debiting Bank Account
Going through our bank statements and to our surprise, noticed amounts that was not fami**** to us.On the bank statement, it reflected that your company \Cell C \" was deducting funds from our account without any knowledge of us knowing about this(R150.99 up to R500). We visited our bank and they informed us that we should contact Cell C as they do not know why there was debits on our account.I approached the nearest Cell C store, and spoke to the person in charge who requested our id docs to establish if we had ever taken a contract with Cell C. Of-course we had never taken any such contract or given any consent. She confirmed that and then directed us to call the head office department or billing to find out more.Eventually i spoke to a lady by the name of Sindisiwe Moepa ( 084 140 ) who requested i send through bank statements, affidavits and certified id docs. I did this on the 21st Jan , the response came back as \"We have received your email and one of our consultants will contact you within 24-48 hours\" NO ONE HAS MADE CONTACT!!! To make matters worse, Cell C has gone and debited the bank acc again. I called them again and nothing is being done!!!!! PLSE GIVE US BACK OUR MONEY!"
