No contract - Cell C deducts money from my bank ac

This saga has been going on since Oct 2014. After all contracts were nullified, Cell C continued to deduct funds from my bank account. With the help of Hellopeter, this was sorted out, the funds were actually returned to me first week of February 2015. Guess what, came 1 March 2015, R304.99 was deducted by stop order from my bank account. Think I said it before, if I take money from someone else without their permission, it is theft. Is Cell C thieving money from me??
