NO CONTACT MADE- 48 Hours promise

I requested information regarding something rather important on 2 April. The ticket number 180 ********** 83. NO reply or communication has been made by Cell- C. Cell- C is quick to process sales but when one has queries this doesn't happen at the speed as sales. I expect someone to contact me asap.
