No connection, No Fibre. Useless service

I can't believe it is impossible for a ISP to get me connected. The service and communications from Cell C is pathetic. The only reason I give them 1 star is because I can't give them 0. For the last 3 weeks I've been trying to get Fibre at home. You would expect that most of the delay would be caused by the installation, but that has already been done in the past. CellC can't even get the connection linked to my name. There communications suck, getting them online is impossible, reactons to e-mails are 0.
