No Connection for more than 5 days

I have experienced the worst of worst services from Cell C in regards to their fibre to the home. I haven't had connection since Thursday last week today is Tuesday and Cell C still says they dont know what the problem is. I mean what circus is this? This has resulted in a significant loss of income on my end. They just dont care
