No connection again!!!!Slow speeds ....Fibre

So if your fibre connection is down you have to wait to until the monday before it will be attended too.That means they get a full months fee although you may not have had a full months coverage.....so effectively im giving money away for free.Should have gone for Telkom.My service is constantly slow and off on wknds!!!!!!!!!Lets see how long it takes before being resolved.From day one it hasnt been worth it.
