No confirmation for contract cancellation
I have e-mailed cell c twice now with references *** on 23 June and *** on 13 July. I requested for the contract which is expiring to not be renewed with effect 31 July being the last date. I have had no confirmation of this and request I be contacted in this regard urgently.
