No Confidence in Cell C!

Good Morning

I am só disappointed with Cell C, I do not even have words to express my anger! I have finally received back my phone after more than 8 weeks. My phone arrived at Cradlestone Mall late last week. The phone has not been repaired, and it came back without its Samsung cover that I handed the phone in with. I have now been struggling without a phone for 9 weeks - this is absolutely unacceptable. I am now requesting that Cell C gives me a new device immediately (Samsung A30s + cover). Please contact me should you require any additional information.
