No compensation for cancelling Black TV

Black has been away with but we are not compensated with that 2gig data that we were given daily. Is ICASA or other people not taking this up as when a contract is signed, Cell C has to bind to the contract. If we had to cancel contract or any of the items on the contract, we would have to pay back huge lump sums. Now cell c has done away with the black TV , we should be compensated with that two gig of data
