No communication whatsoever

Cell C cancelled my cellphone insurance (don't know why) and i've been trying to get hold of them everyday from the 10th of June but i'm forever put on hold. Finally, yesterday i managed to speak to a consultant, my insurance was R70 and now they're telling me i have to pay R120. it took me two weeks to finally insure my cellphone and now i'ts been cancelled. I wrote on their wall of facebook, they said they will call and they never did. I've had it with Cell C
