NO COMMUNICATION REGARDING PHONE REPAIR

<p>I sent my phone in for repairs on the 5th of July being told that someone will contact me within 7 working days to give me a quote on the repair of my phone. It is now the 31st of July and I have not heard anything from Cell C. I phoned and sent emails and all they tell me is someone from the repairs division will contact me in 24 - 48 hours. It has been a week and I have not heard anything. Most pathetic communication I have encountered from them and I still have no idea what is going on with my phone repairs after almost a month !!!!!</p>
