No communication or proper explanation

<p>I recently upgraded to the Samsung galaxy S8 via cell c direct, but also wanted the Samsung dex and keyboard added to my account for R29 p/m. But nobody could help or explain how it works. Not even the online sales team of cellc direct could help me, I was sent to a store and from a store back to cellc direct. I called another store where they have stock. I was told I can get it. Went to the store today, now I can't get it added, it must be done in store while you upgrade. This is nowhere stated in the terms, I don't find it. Great work Cell C for the lack of help/ answer or proper explanation!!!! </p>
