No Communication, Non existant Legal Department
I have been waiting for a response since the 5th of July from there legal department regarding my paid up letter. All i have is an automated email stating i would be getting a response in 48 hours.
Even when calling with the provided case number nodody knows what is happening, this is after I have been calling from April to date, account long settled but one cant get a response from them.

I already received the paid up letter from Nimble in May, however I need one from you guys as its still showing as an account that is still unpaid on my Credit score. I need to a letter from Cell C stating that the account has been settled also I need proof that you have updated with the credit control group(CCG).
Can this be sent to me today still please.
