No communication, no feedback, no service

On the 18th of April 2016 I app**** for a phone from Cell C, the sales person was Tshepang. I was informed that there will be a validation done and that I needed to send him the outstanding documents which I did send the same day. I have the proof of email. After that I never had any feedback, so I started phoning Cell C, just to discover that there was no stock of the phone iphone 5s but it was approved. Was told by Tshepang that I will get the phone later that week. By the 25th I still had no phone. I spoke to a line manager regarding the matter and was promised that I would get the phone by the 28th. On the 28th still nothing. I phoned Tshepang and was informed that there is still no stock. I the decided to cancel the order for that phone and change it to another one. Was told by Tshepang that this was done and that there is stock of the iphone 6. Told him to go ahead with the new order. I followed up on the 29th and spoke to Lesego Wood and was told that Tshepang cancelled the new order and changed it back to the Iphone 5S. I then informed her that I don’t want it as there is no stock and she confirmed that there was no stock. We again changed the order to the Iphone 6 and was promised by Lesego Wood that I will get the iphone 6 no later than Wednesday the 4th of Mei. Later that day I received a call from Tshepang telling me that the iphone 5s is now on its way, I told him that I don’t want this phone anymore and that I have changed the order. On Tuesday I had a delivery by RAM and was excited because finally I have the phone, thinking it was the iphone 6. Nope it was the iphone 5s. Again I phoned Cell C and was told that Tshepang again cancelled the iphone 6 order and changed it back to the iphone 5s. I spoke to Lesego Wood. I then decided that deu to the fact that I have needed a phone since the 18th I will keep the iphone 5s and the also take the iphone 6. Was told this is no problem and will be arranged. Phoned today and was informed that there is no order for the Iphone 6 and I must speak to Tshepang again and place new order, I did that however there is still no new order. And I don’t think there will ever be. Cell C must sort this out!!! Today not tomorrow!!!!!!!!
