No Communication from Cell C Direct

I app**** for a contract with Cell C direct over the phone. My application was approved and my sim delivered BUT<br> 1. I have not received my actual phone yet<br> 2. There has been no communication on when this will happen<br> 3. Money has been deducted from my bank account, although I cant even use the sim yet<br> 4. The whole process was delayed because \I sent the wrong documents"although I sent everything as requested.<br> <br> Please just let me know what is going on.
