No communication from call centre

I have placed an order for a cellphone to be delivered. All was approved and now I am waiting two weeks already on the phone to be delivered. At first, there was a system error. Secondly I had given clear instructions on who to phone prior to delivery. Nothing happened as yet. I did get phone calls from the Call center, but every time I answer, the line gets cut. I am so frustrated with this service
