No communication between head office and branches

A Cell C consultant called me in November to tell me I can upgrade my contract, they've called me at least 3 times a day for 2 weeks and I've ignored their calls ever since. Today (3 December) I went to my Cell C branch just to find out that I'm NOT allowed to upgrade... Cell C PLEASE make up your mind as you are ****ing of your clients.
