No Communication

We have two cell phone contracts with Cell C and they are both insured through C Surance. Lindiwe got ****** on Friday 04 Sep 15, we reported the matter to the police. We then went to Cell C at Clearwater Mall to submitted the necessary documents. Lindiwe called you guys today 09/09/2015 and she was told that she does not have an account with you. Now my question is all the debit orders that have been going out of our account paying this insurance has all been for nothing.<br> <br> You expect us to make the payments on time. We do not have any phones to get in contact with our families and friends, opportunities are passing us by because of this.<br>
