NO CLEAN RECORD
Hello Cell C,
In order for me to receive my paid-up letter it took me 6 months to hear back from you and if I did not make a public complaint I probably would've still been waiting for my letter.
I have received it, but now it has been another 3 months and Cell C still hasn't updated my account and taken it off my name. My credit score still indicated that I have funds outstanding with Cell C. This process has taken almost a year now.
Please advice. Feel free to give me a call. ***.

I haven't heard back from Cell C or SSDA. I received a letter straight from SSDA 2 months before Cell C. This was months ago. I checked my record and my account still shows.

There has been NO update on my credit profile! There has been R 205 added to the Cell C credit! NO ONE in the collections department is answering.
