NO CLEAN RECORD
I have been waiting for my paid up letter since February. I have received my letter from their lawyers that my account has been fully paid, but I have been waiting almost 6 months for just a letter from Cell C.
ONE OF THEIR STORE MANAGERS suggested that I should write a review on Hello Peter. Just imagine that, your own employee!
I have over over 20 e-mails written to Cell C and made over 50 phone calls. I sent them the letter from the lawyers but my case has not even been opened yet. I paid off my account religiously, but when all you want is a piece of paper then help is non existent.

In order for me to receive my paid-up letter it took me 6 months to hear back from you and if I did not make a public complaint I probably would've still been waiting for my letter.
I have received it, but now it has been another 3 months and Cell C still hasn't updated my account and taken it off my name. My credit score still indicated that I have funds outstanding with Cell C. This process has taken almost a year now.
Please advice. Feel free to give me a call. ***.
