No cellphone stock

Absolutely appalling customer service and after sales process.

I went through the whole upgrade process over the phone with a consultant over a week ago, only to be informed now that they do not have stock and have no idea when the shipment will arrive. I've spoken to numerous consultants with each promising to arrange for an in-store collection, only to never get back to me. Request to be transferred to the consultant and just get cut off.
