No cell service means no customer service

For the better part of a week I have had no data connectivity. I've been very patient. Even though it's effecting my career. I then sent a email to query the problem and to date have had no response and I still have no data connection. This is the pathetic service, both cell service and customer service, I've come to expect from cell c. I look forward to changing providers
