NO CELL C SUPPORT
I am writing this review out of sheer frustration with Cell C's abysmal service. For nearly two weeks, I have been experiencing a complete failure of the core services I am paying for.
Despite having data that allows WhatsApp to work, I have been completely unable to make or receive standard phone calls. This is a critical failure that has significantly impacted my personal and professional life.
To make matters worse, attempting to resolve this issue has been a nightmare. The customer service is non-existent. It is nearly impossible to lodge a proper support ticket through their official channels. I have spent hours navigating automated systems and trying to reach a human being, all to no avail.
The complete lack of support and the inability to use basic phone services for this extended period is unacceptable. I strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere for their mobile needs. The frustration and inconvenience caused by this network are simply not worth it.
