No Cell C reception/signal on phone

Callers are unable to reach me on my cellphone irrespective of what area in the country I am in.<br> <br> I use my phone for work and my employer is not able to get hold of me.<br> <br> I have lodged a query with Cell C and was promised urgent action, but nothing has happened.<br> <br>
