No Cell C Reception for calls and internet

I have almost no reception in the whole Durban area. That includes South Durban and Pinetown where I spend most of my time.<br> <br> I very often have no network coverage for Phone calls, sms and Internet. This is very frustrating when I have to make urgent calls!<br> <br> When I do have Internet access, then it is EXTREMELY slow. I have a Samsung S4 so it is definitely not my device. The reception in Durban has always been bad, but the last 3 months it has become ridiculous. <br> <br> I wish I could move my contract to MTN or Vodacom!
