No Cell C reception

I live in the RooihuiskraalNorth area, near Petrel street and the complex I live in requires me to use my cell phone to open or close the main gate to gain access to my townhouse. So, with NO reception, No signal , with my phone continuously saying NO SERVICE, EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY, what on earth must I do? It is now Saturday , 8 December, 9.25am in the morning, no signal since 6 this morning again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ridiculous in this day and age that Cell C, who boasts that they cover the widest area in South Africa, has such a bad coverage/signal in this area. Time to switch to Vodacom or MTN who work perfectly here?
